What is the difference between Project Management (PM) and Task Training? Often people confuse the two terms. They may also be confused with each other.

Task training deals with the processes involved in planning, organizing, executing and controlling projects. Task training can also be used to train project managers in managing their own projects. The training can be formal or informal, with the choice of institutes offering it either full-time part-time or online.

Task training prepares a project manager for effective project management. It also helps a project manager to develop his leadership skills. The project management courses include case studies, exercises and homework. Project management training centers on the theory and principles of project management. The project manager will be taught how to handle change effectively.
